To all the underclassmen, when you get your chance to go to prom, GO! And please, dance the entire time… I’m telling you, it will be so much fun!

When it comes to prom style I always want something that will stand out and no one will have anything even similar to. This animal printed, two piece, immediately caught my eye. I think it is so fun and I figured not too many other people would have a dress that had leopard AND zebra print covering the top. I think the print at the top paired with the simplicity of the skirt goes so well together. I loved that there was a mini skirt underneath so the slit up the side looked really striking. Although, if I was a designer of the dress I would have made the overlay detachable because it would have been so much easier to dance without all of that extra fabric. I am typically not a huge fan of corsages but I thought this one turned out beautiful. At Cobden prom, a girl had a corsage made entirely of feathers, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever (check out her Instagram here), so I asked if they could somehow incorporate those into mine. Suggesting the feathers and picking out a few of the ribbons was really the only input I gave and Enchanted Garden designed the rest. If you don’t know what you want, walk in and tell her what you don’t want and she will do a fabulous job!

Xoxo, Sam
